| Cancellation Policy | ||
| Cancellation must be in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail) and must be received by the Reservations Department | ||
| 31 days before arrival date. For cancellations received within less than 31 days prior the clients' arrival the | ||
| hotel will charge as follows: | ||
| - between 30 and 20 days the hotel will charge
10% of stay - between 21 and 14 days the hotel will charge 40% of stay - between 13 and 07 days the hotel will charge 60% of stay - between 06 and 01 days the hotel will charge 90% of stay - less than 1 day and no shows the hotel will charge 100% of stay |
